The Therapy Process
“That is the sacred intent of life, of God – to move us continuously toward growth, toward recovering all that is lost and orphaned within us and restoring the divine image imprinted on our souls. And rarely do significant shifts come without a sense of our being lost in dark woods, or in what T.S. Eliot called the “vacant interstellar spaces”.

For many, lives have been steered too long by fear, negative coping styles, hurt, and unhealthy patterns of behavior…keeping our core needs of self acceptance, intimacy, and spiritual fullness out of reach.
Sometimes our fast pace lifestyles leave little space for resolution and repair. It can be helpful to have a “pause” in your week during which you exhale, become intentional, and set aside time to examine where your “auto pilot” has led you and envision the landscape you would rather cultivate in your inner and outer life.
It is then helpful to participate in a therapeutic relationship with someone offering genuine care, empathy, expertise, and spiritual guidance come along side you to help you though struggle and disappointment-caring for you through the journey. You’ll experience practical tools and productive insight to promote traction and advancement.

As you intentionally take time out of your week and busy schedule to focus on change, you will invite and experience healing and transformation into your life and relationships.
I count it a deep blessing to be able to offer the sort of relationship where this type of healing and transformation may be experienced.
